SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Shipping: 

In-stock merchandise purchased through www.spicedelraybeach.com will be processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Merchandise will be delivered via USPS. A physical street address is required for delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please carefully inspect your item(s) upon arrival. Should your item arrive defective or damaged, please send an email to sales@spicedelraybeach.com and provide your name and order number. 

Returns: 

Merchandise may be returned within (14) calendar days of purchase to receive a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with original tags and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, all discounted items are final sale. 

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the credit to be applied to your account.

Exchanges: 

If you need a different size and we have it in stock, you may exchange it within 14 business days if the item is returned in its original, unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with original tags and accompanied by the original receipt. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to make an exchange for the same item, please send an email to sales@spicedelraybeach.com
