SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Shipping:
Merchandise purchased through www.spicedelraybeach.com that is in stock will be processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Merchandise will be delivered via UPS. We are sorry, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes, a physical street address is required.
Returns:
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with original tags and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, all discounted items are final sale.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the credit to be applied to your account.
